I am a Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator and a Certified Level 5 Numa Somatics Facilitator. In guiding you thru a either a individual or group breathwork session you will create a deeper understanding of yourself by connecting to your breath. Our most priceless gift is our breath!
